Drain water & sludge

Use a sludge pump to remove standing water and accumulated sludge from the bottom of the tank.

3

High-pressure jet wash

Wash walls, ceiling and floor thoroughly using a high-pressure jet to dislodge stubborn dirt and grime.

4

Disinfect

Apply an anti-bacterial spray or liquid bleach solution to disinfect all surfaces inside the tank.

5

Vacuum cleaning

Perform vacuum cleaning to ensure all loosened dirt and residues are removed completely.

6

Ultra Violet (UV) treatment

Apply UV treatment after cleaning to further disinfect and reduce microbial growth.

7

Drying

Leave the tank empty for adequate drying to prevent moisture-related regrowth of bacteria.

8

Ready to fill

Once dry, fill the tank with clean water for domestic use. Seal lids and re-check for leaks.
